we got home fine and are having a great few days before work starts again, the only problem is that the compter decided to break something else, so now all the USB ports are broken meaning that i can't connect anything such as keyboard, mouse, memory stick etc etc..... for some reason the originally broken keyboard is now working... but for how long???
Anyway, don't want to use it too much and that's why i'm not writing....
more news once i figure out what to do now, love you all, laure

Ces problèmes récurrents sur ton ordi sont vraiment énervants.
Tu devrais peut-être profiter de ce qu'il marche encore un peu pour vider tout ce qui est important (via la gravure de CD car le lecteur de CD doit fonctionner) et vite l'envoyer chez DELL car il est peut-être encore sous garantie. Et même s'il n'est pas sous garantie, il vaut mieux l'envoyer avant d'avoir repris les cours et tout ça.
Moi mon DELL est parti en réparation depuis plus de 2 mois (pour changer le ventilateur !) et je ne sais absolument pas où il est actuellement ! Je n'arrive pas à contacter leurs services et ils ne répondent pas aux mails... En tous cas, pour moi DELL c'est fini ! Vive le Mac !

I am thoroughly disgusted by how unreliable Dell is and I think they should be attacked by "Consumer Reports" or something like that. From what Papa says, it sounds like sending it to Dell could be even more worrisome than letting Papa Caz touch it. Where is your computer saviour-geek PH these days ?
