fiiinally

a photo is worth a million words so i won;t go into too much detail on that one, since you will all guess that the entry is about how we finally got the bed done. it's nice though, really nice, so well, we're two happy chaps!!!
also i was going to keep my updating for next week when i had all the time in the world for it since i wasn;t going to be working but a message on someone else's blog forced me to update sooner..... sucked in!!!!
ps: mothe, we were quite excited to inaugurate your new sheets on the new bed!!!

Il est magnifique! Et la couette fort jolie également. Evitez de casser une latte en faisant trop de galipettes (celles du trampoline, évidemment ;))

Un expert en belle literie refait surface ! Welcome back, Ph ! Lovely to see these pix though strange to imagine you in winter weather when it's 100°F in Tejas. Cazita, Cowtown is calling you so pleez don't say you aren't coming our way or else I'll have to ask a ranch hand to lasso you in from LA or NY.

p.s. good to see that the green socks are still around, shame though that you don't team them anymore with the marron trackies and the wallabies jersery, that was hot

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but as an expert in the field of Nocturnal Feng Sui I feel it's my responsibility to point out that 8 is one of the worst numbers to end up with when it comes to the amount of bed slats supporting your bed. In ancient Chinese culture, eight was always the number used in the context of bedroom tortures of all kinds, from the number of bed bugs introduced into the sheets of adulterers, to the number of drops of water used on the infamous Water Torture Incline. In addition, eight was the number of hemmorhoids patients needed to have before consulting an alchemist, not to mention the number of goose down quilts used in the ruthless Bed Sweat Torture Chamber. And let's not even get into the subject of bed wetting.

I urge you to reconsider the construction of your bed, since right now it seems you couldn't be courting sleepless nights any better if you tried.

sorry john, you might have to learn how to count again because there are ten slats... still i'll remember all of it for later.
